NCB files charge sheet against Rhea Chakraborty and others

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Friday filed an 11,700-page charge sheet from 33 individuals, such as celebrity Rhea Chakraborty along with also her brother Showik, in an alleged drug smuggling case. Eight of those accused are now in judicial custody while the remainder are out on bond.
The chargesheet has been registered with the NCB’s Mumbai Zonal Unit.
The police situation was flanked by late celebrity Sushant Singh Rajput’s dad, that accused Ms. Chakraborty and many others of abetment of suicide, criminal conspiracy, cheating, violation of trust, theft, wrongful restraint and confinement.

The NCB official stated the situation was thoroughly investigated on the grounds of seizures effected by accused individuals, voluntary disclosure statements and technical proof, in other words, connectivity via telephone information, WhatsApp talks, details of bank account / financial transactions, and other oral and documentary evidence.
